Some clients give you a brief. Others give you a playground. Here, the client gave us the freedom to experiment and a clear ambition — to create a home that felt unlike anything else.
The result is an exercise in creative maximalism, but one that deliberately stays away from loud colours. Instead, the drama comes through form, texture, pattern, lighting and detailing, all held together by a palette of whites, greys, warm beiges and natural wood. The spaces are layered and expressive, yet surprisingly calm.
From the sculptural entrance wall to the geometric living room, the statement dining space and the almost theatrical walk-in wardrobe, every room was designed to have its own moment. Nothing is meant to feel predictable, yet everything works together.
A comment we often hear about this home is that it carries the feel of a boutique hotel. Perhaps that’s not entirely accidental. After months of living within the same four walls, there’s a certain comfort in bringing the indulgence, calm and sense of escape we seek in a hotel stay into our everyday home.
A home designed with the freedom to go wild — just in a quiet colour palette.
