Casa De Amigos started as a simple village home — a 2BHK that needed a completely new purpose after the COVID-era holiday rental boom. We converted it into a 4BHK holiday villa designed specifically around the Airbnb experience.
The idea was simple: create more value without spending like a hotel. We repurposed existing furniture wherever possible, mixed in a few IKEA pieces for a quick turnaround, and used colour, patterns, arches and playful details to give the house its own personality.
The result was a warm, easy-going holiday home that felt very different from a typical rental property. More importantly, the client saw the investment payback in less than two years — proving that thoughtful design and smart budgeting can work hand in hand.
